Justin has been part of the company since he was in middle school! Started out washing pads & rags & helping Mom and Dad, then biking to a small account to clean when he was 14! He has done literally EVERYTHING for EC Triangle… but excels in OPERATIONS, which he directs. In his spare time he enjoys traveling and attending his kids’ sporting events.

Janie and her husband started EC Triangle in 1984, almost 40 years ago! She is the owner and Director of Sales, but has worn MANY HATS through the years… except for stripping and waxing floors! She is looking forward to passing the baton to her son Justin and retiring some year soon! When not dealing with EC details, you might find her puttering around her yard, driving Michael's Mustang, or hanging out with friends or grandkids!

Originally from Puerto Rico, he is a dedicated family man, married with three sons - in NC since 2015. He has worked within the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries and has experience in all aspects of quality within these sectors - giving him a strong passion for quality and customer satisfaction. Apart from his professional life, Rafaed is a big fan of the '80s and loves to embrace the pop culture of that vibrant decade! Rafaed is excited about the adventures that await him with EC Triangle and looks forward to this new chapter of his life!

Randy loves his guitar and through the years has played in classic rock/country groups - he enjoys walks on the beach and MUST HAVE HIS COFFEE first thing each day!
